PLEASE welcome all the new HAE board members
We had a successful Shareholders Meeting today (2/16/19), we had a quorum and the voting results are as follows:
"A" Budget was approved with a $10.00 increase in Maintenance Fees to $142 a month, retroactive to January first.
The proposed By Law to move the Annual Meeting was defeated.
The new Board members are Darrell Musa, Lot 101,Chris Wainwright, Lot 40, Debi Klingensmith, Lot 117 and Arnie Lord, Lot 110. They join Maryann, Randy and Kevin.
