Hello, Residents!

 

Doug Ray wanted to announce that he is putting together an HAE Boat-a-Cade trip to Lightsey's Seafood Restaurant.  They plan on leaving at 8am on Saturday, November 1st and taking the 20 miles at a leisurely pace to the restaurant - about a 3 hour ride (make certain that you have enough fuel to get back as they do not sell gas there!).

 

If you are interested, please get in touch with Doug Ray, either in person (lot 29) or give a quick call to his shop during the day: 863-763-4211.  Please have only the boat captain in your group call to let Doug know which boat and how many people will be on your boat.  He needs a count of the boats and people to let the restaurant know.  Get in touch with Doug as soon as possible if you're interested or have any questions.

Dearest Neighbors,

We are very excited to announce that beginning in November, three of our residents will be publishing a bimonthly newsletter, River Ramblings. The purpose of the newsletter is to provide a fun and informative way to keep our residents apprised of activities and events in Hidden Acres and to help keep the lines of communication open.

The volunteers creating the newsletter are: Mary Ann Erson, lot 49, Jeanie Scales, lot 108, and Alison Smith, lot 200. River Ramblings will not be funded in any way by Hidden Acres Estates, production is entirely at the hands of the listed volunteers.

If you have a news item or photo to contribute, announcements or something you wish to share with your neighbors, please e-mail your request to RiverRamblings964@gmail.com. Please note that no anonymous items will be published. Ideas and suggestions are welcomed but anything that goes into River Ramblings is at the sole discretion of the creators.

The newsletter will be delivered as a PDF via e-mail and also posted on our website. In addition, copies of the printed newsletter will be available in the Office and Clubhouse.

For those who are not in the park, do not have access to e-mail or the website, or would just like a printed copy mailed to them, please send a self addressed, stamped envelope to Mary Ann at lot 49.

If you wish to be on the e-mail list for the newsletter, please send a brief message to RiverRamblings964@gmail.com as that list will be kept separate from HAE business e-mails.

 Hidden Acres Estates, INC. was incorporated on April 11, 1979, and was organized to own, operate, manage and develop a mobile home and recreational vehicle park located in Fort Basinger, Florida. The park contains 174 parcels of land and various amenities, including a Swimming Pool, Porch, Marina, laundry facilities and Clubhouse facilities. 

 Hidden Acres is very conscious of preserving the natural woodland and wildlife, therefore, each lot is formed around the trees. Lots are “Nature Cut” to approximately 40’ X 60' and will accommodate, Park Models, Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels and Motor Homes, awnings, screen rooms, Florida rooms, decks and campfires are permitted on your lot. A minimal monthly maintenance fee covers water, sewage, garbage and property taxes. A great place to retire or to bring your family and spend a weekend or a lifetime.
