This coming Friday the 27th, there will be soup and sandwich at the Porch. Marty Wiley will be the chef and she is making chili and grilled cheese sandwiches. Served 5:00 to 6:30 PM, $7.00.

There will be bingo at the Clubhouse at 7:00.


What a great job Silvia did cooking dinner this last Saturday night. She made fajitas, refried beans, rice and all kinds of sauzas, served with tortillas. The fried ice cream dessert made by the Porch Committee was really good also. We had over seventy diners.


Coming up in two weeks is the Super Bowl Party at the Porch. Sunday, February 5th, 4:00 PM till ? Bring a dish and what you want to drink. There will be a 42" big screen TV inside, plus 2 TV's outside.

At the September 19, 2015 Board Meeting it was voted to send the accounts payables and account receivables to our bookkeeper for processing. No payments will be posted to shareholders accounts in this office.  Any payments received here will be forwarded to the bookkeeper for posting and deposit. 

You will be responsible for any late fees that may accrue if your payment is left at the office during the time your payment is due and the time it takes to send it to the above address.

 Hidden Acres Estates, INC. was incorporated on April 11, 1979, and was organized to own, operate, manage and develop a mobile home and recreational vehicle park located in Fort Basinger, Florida. The park contains 174 parcels of land and various amenities, including a Swimming Pool, Porch, Marina, laundry facilities and Clubhouse facilities.
