Fri have been asked to remind you that all boats, boat trailers and golf carts have to have your Lot Number displayed on them. This includes trailers and boats in the storage lot and boats in the marina.
WATER PLANT PROBLEMS
We are permitted by the Department of Environmental Protection to use a certain amount of water per day running through our water plant, which is according to the size of the water plant.
We are now in violation of our usage amount by 10,000 to 15,000 gallons per day. We must have some major leaks somewhere in the Park. We are in a dire situation because if this continues the DEP can tell us to put in a bigger water plant and of course we cannot financially do that.
We are asking everyone to PLEASE check your water faucets and your commodes for running water. If you notice any water leaks on your outside water hose bib please contact the office and we will send someone to repair it. We have several shareholders who will be coming onto your lot in the next several days to look for problems. WE NEED TO FIND THIS LEAK QUICKLY.
So, until further notice, we have to place water restrictions on each lot owner. Effectively immediately, watering lawns is down to only TWO days a week. Odd number lots can water on Tuesdays and Thursdays and even number lots can water on Mondays and Wednesdays. For "weekenders only" you may water on Saturdays instead of one of your week days. Please limit your watering to ONE HOUR OR LESS.
PLEASE, we are asking for everyone to be diligent about this situation. It is very important that we do what we can to preserve any amount of water we can.

Hidden Acres Estates, INC. was incorporated on April 11, 1979, and was organized to own, operate, manage and develop a mobile home and recreational vehicle park located in Fort Basinger, Florida. The park contains 174 parcels of land and various amenities, including a Swimming Pool, Porch, Marina, laundry facilities and Clubhouse facilities.
