There seems to be some confusion as to the notice sent out earlier this month about Shareholders returning to the Park from out of state.
The intent was to make sure that everyone is aware that the virus is still with us and there are many of us in the Park that are very afraid of catching it.
Governor DeSantis has opened the State of Florida.
Highlands County is following what the Governor has mandated.
They also are still recommending that you wear your mask when out in public, practice social distancing and washing your hands.
We want to make the Park safe for everyone. We are asking everyone to follow the recommendation of wearing your mask when out in public, practice social distancing and washing your hands.
Remember most of the shareholders are of the age where they are
genuinely concern about being exposed to the virus. It is the unknown that makes them so concerned. You can be a carrier and not show any of the systems of having the virus.

Hidden Acres Estates, INC. was incorporated on April 11, 1979, and was organized to own, operate, manage and develop a mobile home and recreational vehicle park located in Fort Basinger, Florida. The park contains 174 parcels of land and various amenities, including a Swimming Pool, Porch, Marina, laundry facilities and Clubhouse facilities.
Hidden Acres is very conscious of preserving the natural woodland and wildlife, therefore, each lot is formed around the trees.
